CleanCondoFL sells informational reports about Florida condominium buildings, compiled from publicly available sources: official state, county, and city records, court dockets, association communications where public, real-estate listing data, and local news. Reports summarize what public sources show — and identify what they do not show — as of the research date.
Our reports are not engineering, legal, insurance, lending, tax, or investment advice, and are not an inspection, appraisal, or warranty of any property. We make no recommendation to buy or avoid any property. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors; public sources themselves may be wrong. You must independently verify all material facts with the condominium association, licensed professionals, and official records before making any purchase decision.
Reports are researched fresh for each order and delivered by email within 24 hours of purchase. If we fail to deliver within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked. Because each report is custom-produced, refunds after successful delivery are at our discretion, but we investigate every accuracy complaint and refund where a report contains material verified errors.
Accuracy matters to us. If you believe anything we publish is wrong or outdated, use the report an error page. We investigate every report and promptly correct verified errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanCondoFL's total liability arising from any report or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the report at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including decisions made in reliance on a report.
Reports are licensed for your personal use in evaluating a property. You may share a report with your own advisors, agent, or co-buyers, but may not resell, republish, or systematically extract our content.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
