When you order a report we collect your email address, the building you asked about, and any unit number or asking price you provide. When you use the error-report form we collect what you submit. We use standard website analytics that collect anonymous usage data.
We never see or store your payment card details — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor.
To produce and deliver the report you ordered, respond to your questions, improve the service, and — only if you opt in — send you relevant follow-up about your condo purchase. We do not sell your personal information.
We share data only with the vendors who operate the service: Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
Our reports concern buildings and associations, compiled from publicly available sources — they are not consumer reports about individuals, and we are not a consumer reporting agency.
Email reports@cleancondofl.com to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. We honor deletion requests except where records must be kept for tax or legal reasons.
